US organic food market sales have cooled, report finds

Food Dive highlights findings from Senior Analyst Roland Fumasi’s report on organic produce premiums. Organic food sales increased by an average of 10% per year between 2010 and 2016, but that pace has cooled to 6% for the past two years, he states in the report.
